Yes, we do have a Retail Studio at Vrindavan Building Sewri, Mumbai where we showcase our products. As the studio is housed in the same building as our Production & Design Unit our clients are also able to see a larger range of furniture being executed for our ongoing projects. Viewing products both in the finished and unfinished stages of production helps you understand our finish, comfort, and quality and also gives you an overview of our detailed approach to design and craftsmanship.

Alternatively, if an in-person meeting is not possible we can connect over a Zoom call to take you through our detailed Product Catalogues as well as help you understand how we work on projects.

CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS WORK?

Furniture chosen from our existing product line can be customized with regards to the dimensions, fabric/ art leather/ leather and the finishes. This is done through an interactive process with the Colonial Collections team and the client. For larger projects, we are also open to creating new furniture designs based on the 3D views, visual design package and briefs shared by the client, architect or design firm.Once we are appointed onto the project, we provide detailed Auto CAD furniture drawings, samples, templates for the clients/architect’s approval prior to commencing production.

We have handled multiple national and international projects ranging from large residences to corporate offices to hospitality and even government projects.

Our commitment to a project is an involved and detailed process – the secret of our success is the fact that we can help a client translate their expectation/vision to a real space. From helping the client:

  • Coordinate the selection process from our catalogues and blending the designs room wise
  • Working together with the project architect and designer on the furniture layouts
  • Making site visits to verify measurements pre-production
  • Presenting the client with a full technical design manual
  • Working with the client’s architect/design team on fabric styling

The reference image that you give can be used as an inspiration from which our design team will develop a product for you. Please note that development of a new design is done on a case-by-case basis.

All our products are made to order and as such production takes between 6-14 weeks depending on the size and nature of the project. During this time, we invite you to visit our production units and watch your furniture as it emerges from the drawing board to the end product.

We have a 10,000 square foot centralized production unit in Sewri and Wadala, Mumbai. All our furniture is meticulously crafted at these units under the proprietor and a dedicated team's personal supervision.

Our basic principal is that we never compromise on our material specs. We use the best raw materials available right through the manufacturing process of our furniture. For each product listed on the website, we have given general material specs. If there is more detailed information that you require, please feel free to contact us.

WHY CHOOSE MM BRAND NATURAL LATEX RUBBER?

An MM brand latex rubber sofa is one of the most premium seat cushion materials you can invest in. It is extracted and processed from the latex sap of the rubber tree (Heveabrasilinses). Along with being environmentally friendly, mite-free, anti-mould and extremely breathable – it both provides and retains the shape of the sofa. Natural latex rubber’s double pin core feature ensures that you can sit in the same spot on your sofa every day without ever having to worry about the seat sinking or losing its shape. DOES YOUR FURNITURE
INCLUDE UPHOLSTERY COSTS?

We have a well-curated in-house range of upholstery fabrics which we offer within our price. All of these fabrics are of high quality with a Martindale rub count of 50,000.The client can also provide the upholstery themselves and the amount will be adjusted against the furniture order.

Yes, we work pan-India and can make site visits as required. Site visits are only initiated and undertaken once we are appointed onto a project.

OF THE FURNITURE?

Yes, our logistics partner – Route One handles all of our furniture deliveries – local and international. Alternatively, you can arrange your own logistics or for pick-up of the furniture from our Mumbai Production Units.

If you feel that the furniture ordered by you will not be possible to deliver vide normal access of a service lift/stairway/doorway then you need to inform us at the time of placing your order so that the logistics company can survey your site prior to us commencing the manufacturing.

No, our destination service team will undertake any required assembly. This is subject to normal access to the delivery address, which will be determined prior to production, at the time of placing the order.

No, delivery charges are not included in the price of the product and vary depending on the location and size of the order.

We offer a 24-month warranty and a lifetime guarantee. If there is a manufacturing defect in the warranty period, we will attend to it free of charge. If a piece gets damaged over the years of use, our team will review the extent of damage and the charges will be applicable depending on the work required to remedy it.

Once an order is placed it is final. We do not offer returns or refunds.
